HVAC Service Sales


Reports to:
Vice –President of Service

Qualifications:
Legally eligible to work in the United States
Previous outside business to business sales
Clean driving record

Job Duties:
The job duties include but are not limited to:
Identify leads, manage prospects and acquire new business
Determine customer needs and propose appropriate service
Complete scheduled and cold call prospecting activities to establish first and follow-up appointments with customer decision makers
Prepare and deliver sales proposals/presentations and follow up with key decision makers
Develop and maintain an awareness of market behavior and competitive trends and respond accordingly
Regularly meet with Service Vice-President to review progress
Other duties as assigned

Requirements:
Must present and communicate in a professional manner
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Must be organized with good time management skills
Computer proficiency in MS Office
Previous cold calling experience
Must be able to sit for extended periods of time
Able to climb ladders
Able to lift and walk with 25lbs
Must be able to walk on uneven surfaces


Working Conditions:
Office environment and traveling to and from businesses
Prolonged sitting in car or office
