Central Dale Carnegie Workshop:

Soft Skills - Back to the Basics

Thursday, June 18th | North Little Rock

All of us are trying to navigate our way through the new normal while still maintaining positive relationships with our clients and customers. As we find a balance between traditional ways of communicating, and implementing new ones, it's important not to forget the basics of business etiquette and customer service.

This workshop is designed to equip your team to communicate, engage, and elevate the customer experience. We will focus on getting back to the basics in how we communicate throughout the customer journey. Whether you are face to face with a customer, emailing them, or trying to earn their business this workshop will give your team the confidence to stand out among the crowd.

ABC Arkansas is excited to continue our strategic partnership with Dale Carnegie with this two hour workshop on June 18th in North Little Rock. This is a great professional development opportunity, one that we are proud to offer our Members. Lunch is included. We will also be implementing the appropriate COVID-19 safety precautions for this event; which you can read more about below.

This workshop is for owners, managers, and employees on all levels who want to have better, more effective meetings.

To continue our mission of value added educational and professional development opportunities, ABC Arkansas launched a new series of training programs in 2017. This series is highlighted with seminars brought about by our continued partnership with Dale Carnegie. This is a great way to educate and further develop our membership and their employees.
