NWA Foreman & Project Managers Training Program
(Superintendents, Field Leadership, & Project Managers)

ABC Arkansas, and training partner FMI, will be providing a two-day professional development course for Superintendents, Field Leadership, and Project Managers on November 6th and 7th in NWA! Training will focus particularly in the areas of communication, negotiations, and financial management, all with the aim of driving world class leadership.

Day 1:
Communication and Negotiations
Understand the elements of communication
Understand the role of body language in everyday conversation
Enhance negotiating skills through better listening and better questioning
Identify "Communications Best Practices"
Exercise - "Apollo 13" - An illustration of empowering communication

Day 2:
Financial Management for the Project /Field Managers
Understand the fundamentals of sound financial management
Create an instinct for being a "Business Manager"
Identify the controllable costs that "move the needle" for any firm
Exercise - "The Great Game of Cash" - An illustration of sound financial management and decision making




Our mission in offering this type of training is simple: Provide a world-class training and educational forum for our ABC members, with the aim of providing practical and pertinent business skills and ultimately developing future field leaders in our member firms!
