Central Dale Carnegie Workshop:
Managing Customer Expectations

Building a loyal customer base is essential for the success of any business, large or small. Customers continue to do business with organizations that deliver on their promises, every time. This workshop will help you determine the customer's initial expectations, and learn sure-fire approaches to exceeding them again and again! You will also learn how to work with customers to set realistic expectations, and follow a consistent process to manage them in the future. You will also explore your influence as you build and deepen relationships with your customers and your fellow team members.

ABC Arkansas is excited to continue our strategic partnership with Dale Carnegie with this two hour workshop on September 13th in North Little Rock. This is a great professional development opportunity, one that we are proud to offer our Members. Lunch is included.

This workshop is for owners, managers, sales reps, customer service reps, and employees on all levels who want to take a proactive approach to keeping their clients happy!
