Central Dale Carnegie Workshop:
Handling Difficult People & Projects
Our industry is built on a foundation of relationships, both with coworkers and clients. Even though we try to keep our interactions positive, each of us must occasionally deal with unpleasant, rude or even hostile conversations in the workplace. Whether you're communicating with a difficult person, or facing a difficult project, it's important to understand how your communication approach and attitude can help you move past any adversarial standoffs or roadblocks.
ABC Arkansas is excited to continue our strategic partnership with Dale Carnegie with this two hour workshop on March 17th in North Little Rock. This is a great professional development opportunity, one that we are proud to offer our Members. Lunch is included.
This workshop is for owners, managers, and employees at all levels who seek to improve their business conversations with clients and increase their likability.
Reservations are required.
