Roundtable Discussions followed by Happy Hour

CALLING ALL YOUNG PROFESSIONALS!

Are you an emerging leader in your company under 40 looking to build meaningful industry relationships and share great ideas and resources?

Whether you are already a part of our Young Professionals Group or just want to learn more, join us for our 2nd quarter Central Young Professionals FLEX (Future Leader Exchange) event on June 8th in North Little Rock!

During the first half of the event, attendees will participate in roundtable discussions facilitated by our YP Committee. For this 2nd quarter FLEX, we will have select C-Level leaders from our ABC Member companies posted at each roundtable to provide insight and mentorship throughout the discussions.

The main goal of these discussions is to allow attendees to exchange best practices, ideas, and resources from peer to peer. Attendees will be guided through various topics such as pathways to success, career goals, camaraderie among the industry, modern trends, and big picture thinking, to name a few.

The second half of the event is a networking happy hour. Mix and mingle with your industry peers and continue building those relationships. Plus, we'll have our Young Professionals' Committee Chairman bartending on site!

Your insight and ideas are essential to the growth of our industry and ABC's Central Young Professional Group so we encourage you to dive in, be engaged, and join in the conversation.

This event is exclusively for Young Professionals (ages 18 - 39) that are employed by ABC Member companies.

If you are not considered a young professional, we ask that you encourage any up and coming leaders at your company to participate.
