The safety director works with senior management to develop and implement policies, procedures and programs that ensure the safety of all employees and meet or exceed the requirements of OSHA and other regulatory agencies. The safety director must have a broad knowledge of local, state, and federal regulations and be familiar with all relevant environmental rules and regulations.


QUALIFICATIONS

Overview:

Leadership

Provide financial analyses, as needed, for capital investments, pricing decisions and contract negotiations. Compliance

Involved with coordinating the provision of information to internal and external auditors for the annual audit. Comply with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements and tax filings.

Comply with and enforce all Comfort Systems USA policies and procedures.

Support Comfort Systems USA by the timely provision of required information for filing of quarterly and annual reports with the Securities and Exchange Commission, or as directed to support CSUSA requirements towards same.

 

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration or related field. Minimum of three (3) years of experience as an accountant, or within accounting.

Experience working within the commercial construction and/or service industry, preferred. Highly knowledgeable of Microsoft excel to include pivot tables, charts and analysis.

Knowledge of accounting software, preferably Coins.

Ability to travel less than 10% of the time, including overnight travel, to attend meetings and trainings. Ability to work periodic evenings and/or weekends, as needed.
