Mental Health and Stress Management Safety Advisory Discussion via Zoom

2020 has been a year full of stress and uncertainty. Now more than ever, it's important to prioritize one's mental health and learn how to manage stress.

 

Join us for this FREE virtual mentoring session on Tuesday October 27th via Zoom!

 

Expert speakers will discuss:

  • How to understand and protect one's mental health during times of high stress.
  • How employers can identify and approach employees struggling with trauma.
  • Strategies for staying connected with team members during times of social distancing and working remotely.
  • Recommended methods for self-care and healthy habits.

 

After the presentation, attendees will have the opportunity to collaborate with our guest speakers, experts on our safety committee and other ABC members to address their safety and wellness concerns.
