CALLING ALL YOUNG PROFESSIONALS!

Are you an emerging leader in your company under 40 looking to build meaningful industry relationships, share great ideas and resources, and help steer the direction of ABC's NWA Young Professionals Group?

Whether you are already a part of our Young Professionals Group or just want to learn more, join us for our first NWA Young Professionals FLEX (Future Leader Exchange) event on February 23rd in Springdale!

During the first half of the event, attendees will participate in roundtable discussions facilitated by our YP Committee. The two goals of these discussions are to, 1. allow attendees to exchange best practices, ideas, and resources from peer to peer; and 2. to influence the direction of ABC's NWA Young Professionals program so that it serves our members in the most effective way. For example... Have a work practice that's helped you? Share it! Have a neat event idea you want to see ABC host? Share it! Have good advice on how to manage stress? Share it! This is the chance for all Young Professionals to have their voice heard in a low-key conversational setting.

The second half of the event is a networking happy hour. Mix and mingle with your industry peers and continue building those relationships.

Your insight and ideas are essential to the growth of our industry and ABC's NWA Young Professional Group so we encourage you to dive in, be engaged, and join in the conversation.

This event is exclusively for Young Professionals (ages 18 - 39) that are employed by ABC Member companies.

If you are not considered a young professional, we ask that you encourage any up and coming leaders at your company to participate.

Reservations are required.
